• is not a transportation provider
• does not employ drivers

All transportation services are provided by independent third parties.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use PartyRyde.

By using the Platform, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

PartyRyde is not responsible for unauthorized account activity.

5. Bookings & Payments

5.1 Booking Process

Riders can browse, compare, and book transportation services through the Platform.

5.2 Payments

Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe.

PartyRyde may collect payments on behalf of Fleet Owners.

5.3 Fees

PartyRyde earns a service fee from bookings completed through the Platform. This fee may be included in the total price displayed.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the Fleet Owner.

• Riders will be shown applicable policies prior to booking
• Refund eligibility depends on the provider’s terms
• PartyRyde may assist in facilitating refunds but is not responsible for provider policies

7. Fleet Owner Responsibilities

Fleet Owners agree to:

• provide accurate vehicle and pricing information
• maintain all required licenses and insurance
• deliver services as described
• comply with all applicable laws and regulations

PartyRyde reserves the right to suspend or remove Fleet Owners who violate these terms.

8. Rider Responsibilities

Riders agree to:

• provide accurate booking information
• follow all rules set by the Fleet Owner
• treat vehicles and drivers respectfully
• comply with all local laws

Riders are responsible for any damages caused during service.

9. No Guarantee of Service

PartyRyde does not guarantee:

• availability of vehicles
• pricing accuracy
• quality of service

All services are provided by independent Fleet Owners.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PartyRyde shall not be liable for:

• any damages arising from transportation services
• delays, cancellations, or service issues
• actions or omissions of Fleet Owners or drivers

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes related to transportation services are primarily between Riders and Fleet Owners.

PartyRyde may, at its discretion, assist in resolving disputes but is not obligated to do so.

12. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• use the Platform for unlawful purposes
• submit false or misleading information
• attempt to bypass the Platform to avoid fees
• interfere with platform functionality

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, branding, and design, is the property of PartyRyde, LLC and may not be used without permission.

14. Termination

PartyRyde may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
